Regional Emergency Assistance Communication Team  REACT Philippines, Inc. based in Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission since 1982 under the close supervision of the Civil Relations Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
It has evolved to become the largest emergency communications civic organization aiding our government in the national and local levels, and our people in general in times of emergencies and calamities.

It has also helped deliver programs in public safety, public-order, environmental, and other community development activities through the rapid gathering and dissemination of information  with able and committed volunteer manpower throughout the country.

It has been able to make linkages with various government agencies, local government units and non-government organizations in many parts of the country in one time or another for the past 32 years making it one of the most indispensable volunteer organization in many of our needy communities nationwide.

To be globally recognized as an outstanding and dependable civic organization rendering assistance for public welfare particularly in rapid information gathering and dissemination especially in times of emergencies and calamities.

To willingly render assistance to society regardless of age, sex, dialect, ethnic origin, creed, belief, religion, race and station in life.
